HAND UP
I enjoy asian food, and I look for wisdom within each fortune cookie. Recently, I received a true gem.
"He who climbs highest is the one who gives another a hand up."
This thought is one of purity and truth. Carry it forth into this new year.
I graduated from medical school in 1976 and initially trained and practiced as a pathologist for eleven years. After considerable personal evolution, I realized in pathology I often dealt with dysfunctional bodies secondary to dysfunctional thoughts and their resultant emotions and behaviors. Subsequently, I completed a second residency in psychiatry, in which I currently practice. In my work and my writing, I am committed to the physical, emotional and spiritual healing of all beings. One person at a time, we can heal ourselves by choosing loving thoughts, words and actions, which will in turn heal the planet.
